What kind of clothing should I wear? Do I have to wear a plaid flannel shirt?

We recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing that you feel comfortable moving in. Try to avoid any clothing that restricts the range of motion of your arms. Also, for safety purposes, all guests MUST wear closed-toed shoes (no high heels). Plaid flannel shirts are fantastic, but not required. 😉
