Currently, we are looking to hire an Axepert with consistent weekend availability.

$15.00/hour (+ tips)
The Lazy Axe is looking for playful, enthusiastic, joyful, creative, and coachable adventurers to join our team of Axeperts. This is a high energy, detail-oriented position that requires a strong dedication to FUN (and safety)!
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! We will train quick learners with the right attitude and personality how to throw an axe, how to teach others how to throw an axe, and how to facilitate a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers!
Preferred applicants will have backgrounds in summer camp, residence life, theatre, coaching, teaching, and/or hospitality.
Must have availability: nights and weekends.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Strictly enforce safety protocols to ensure safety of patrons and staff
-Effectively teach the art of axe throwing
-Provide ongoing coaching, encouragement, and support to patrons
-Teach and oversee games and matches
-Maintain facility, lanes, and equipment
-Create an enjoyable experience for guests by modeling and encouraging fun: if our employees enjoy what they are doing, our guests will as well!
