We recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing that you feel comfortable moving in. Try to avoid any clothing that restricts the range of motion of your arms. Also, for safety purposes, all guests MUST wear closed-toed shoes (no high heels). Plaid flannel shirts are fantastic, but not required. 😉
We have several parking spaces next to our entrance and plenty of additional spaces at the rear of our building.
Group Session (4-12 people) cost $25 (+tax & fees) per person. Small Session (1-3 people) cost $25 (+tax & fees) per person. Walk-Ins cost $30 (tax included) per person. For larger groups/events, contact us for more details.
